According to the Yangtze estuary waterway construction and planning conditions, combined with the Hengsha new ports plan idea, the paper proposes the implement scheme for using Yangtze estuary waterway dredged soil to Hengsha east shoal reclamation, and analyzes technical feasibility and economic reasonableness, and put forward useful suggestions for using dredged soil for reclamation. The study of implement scheme can give technical reference for the design and construction of similar reclamation projects in Hengsha east shoal or the Yangtze estuary region.

The article divides the whole section into two sections. One is arcuate section. The other is seepage section. Water velocity distribution in circular section of pipe has been studied for a long time, and advanced theories were achieved. Based on fore theory and some tentatives, theory about distribution of water velocity in pipe of arcuate section is researched. Research of seepage section is based on seeping theory. Many experiments proved that the theory and program of this article are correct.

Non-convex optimization can be found in several smart manufacturing systems. This paper presents a short review on global optimization (GO) methods. We examine decomposition techniques and classify GO problems on the basis of objective function representation and decomposition techniques. We then explain Kolmogorov’s superposition and its application in GO. Finally, we conclude the paper by exploring the importance of objective function representation in integrated artificial intelligence, optimization, and decision support systems in smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0.
